The Start of Something New!

Hello, fellow reader!

Now, I must say starting my blog was quite exciting for me. I was able to edit all the designs and choose differnt fonts and colors, which to you may seem boring but to me it was the start to something new and fascinating! I have a couple of friends who are bloggers, and I thouroughly enjoy reading every post that they publish for me and everyone else to read. Now, about me, I graduate on May 23, 2013, which is very crazy to me since that date is in approximately 4 months. The high school I attend requires you to complete and present what is called a "Senior Project" in order to graduate, so the project I chose to complete is to start a blog and take it from there. As I said, in my blog description, this blog is about my upcoming life: graduating high school (which I have been attending for 5 years), moving to the state where I plan on going to college, and starting my life out in the world as an adult. I plan to tell you everything that goes on in my daily life from playing blocks with my 5 year old brother Trey to experiencing the wonderful drama-filled time in high school. As I become more experienced with my blog, you will start to read about the most important people in my life. People like my mother, who even though she endures challenges that most could not, she lives life in a way that most people would only dream about and how priviledged am I to be a part of her beautiful process. People like my best friends Maycin, Alma, and Allie; I couldn't thank these girls enough for getting me through these rough past few years. I haven't had the hardest life as a teenager, but I can say that I have learned most things the hard way, and without my friends to guide me through the dark times, I do not know where I would be right now. Also, people like my brothers Jordan, Jaylan, Braxton and Treyson, I can't say that everyday I wake up and wait for the moment that I get to see them, but I can say that God truly blessed me when he sent these wonderful little monsters to be by my side every step of the way. For example, right now my little brother is talking to me about who-knows-what, trying to procrastinate as long as he can, so that he doesn't have to get into the bath!

One of the most important factors in my life is cheerleading, something I would like to touch on before I actually begin rambling on about my daily life. Cheer isn't just a sport that I spend most of my time doing (and yes, IT IS A SPORT!!!!); cheer is my life! I can full heartedly say that I probably spend more time with my team than I do my own family... haha. But seriously, my team is my second family and each girl brings something spectacular to our team that no one else can. I don't have any blood sisters; I have had step sisters, but I always hated it because I was not considered the princess anymore. I have been with these girls for 3 years now, and each and every one of them have become my sisters, if it came down to it, I am 100% positive that I would guard them with my life. Every practice, game, or compotition isn't always sunshine and rainbows, but every second I get to be with my girls is another second that counted for something. They make me a better me and that is honestly the best trait a friend can bring to the table. I love them so much, and I couldn't have asked God for a better group of girls to spend my last years of high school with. You're probably wondering if I dislike my coaches because I have not said a word about them, haha. My coaches are a second and third mother to me (again, I am with them more than I am my biological mother!). They know everything there is to know about me, and they still accept me for who I am and they encourage me to be stronger each day. I will not lie to you; sometimes my team and I want to pull our hair out, but underneath the frustration is love like no other. So, don't get the wrong impression because I love them just as much as I love my team. I am sure that is plenty to read for the day, and I hope I am somewhat of an interesting person; plus, my fingers are about to fall off! Thank you for reading; please visit my site again for more adventures and giggles. Goodnight (for me at least). :)
